This led to several client relationships that lasted through many generations, including construction of more than 24 of Hershey Foods original corporate facilities starting in 1910. Today, in its fourth generation of management, Wickersham Construction and Engineering, Inc. provides a diverse range of services to commercial institutional and industrial clients. These services include traditional General Construction, Design/Build Construction and at risk Construction Management. Wickersham Construction and Engineering, Inc. still pursues reinforced concrete projects with the same tenacity that John Wickersham did almost a century ago. In addition, Wickersham has provided equipment rigging in conjunction with its industrial construction projects.

| WICKERSHAM TODAY
Wickersham was founded in 1906 by Colonel John H. Wickersham and was the local pioneer for the use of reinforced concrete for major building structures. That pioneering spirit continues today with the fourth generation of owners of Wickersham Construction and Engineering, Inc.
Wickersham Construction's present owners include Albert Mauger President, Bradford B. Smith, Vice-President of Estimating and David A. Nace, Vice President of Construction. In addition to their corporate duties all three owners are actively involved with the daily operation as project managers. With an active management team they are aware of what is happening on a Wickersham Project site, constantly monitoring staff safety, craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency.
The active hands on management style has developed a close relationship between the field and ownership of Wickersham Construction thus resulting in an effective construction team while maintaining low overhead costs.
Our office staff of 12 consists of a number of departments including Accounting Estimating, Project Management, Marketing, Secretarial and Administrative.
Our Field staff of approximately 55 consists of Superintendents, Foreman, Carpenters, Equipment Operators, Welders and Laborers. Wickersham's talented staff is able to self perform many trades which enables our customers to gain a better value for their building dollar. All of our employees are required to receive training in Safety and are encouraged to further their training with a wide variety of local educational institutions or the Associated Builders and Contractors Association. Wickersham has developed a team that stresses good communication and learning which cultivates a happy and healthy work atmosphere. This has lead to an employee turnover rate that is below industry standards.

The customer usually is unfamiliar with engineering or construction, and this lack of knowledge naturally breeds suspicion.
As few people have occasion to employ a building contractor on a large scale operation more than once or twice in the course of their business lifetime, it naturally follows that the average business man is comparatively uninformed on the legal, financial and ethical practices of the industry. The customer usually is unfamiliar with engineering or construction, and this lack of knowledge naturally breeds suspicion. He depends upon an iron-clad specification, enforced by a rigid inspection, and a surety bond to protect him against the failure of the contractor, whether that failure is due to incompetence, financial embarrassment, or any other cause.
A frank discussion of building practices, agreements and finances, brief and in language that can be grasped by business men, will be of service.
