Ready to Work!

We are ready to meet the construction needs of our clients in a post-CoVID-19 world. Having a number of essential projects open and running during the shutdown of non-essential businesses has given Wickersham Construction a head start in how to deal with new CoVID-19 regulations. Our superintendents and safety team worked together to produce innovative solutions to the CoVID-19 construction requirements. Our comprehensive Return-to-Work plan allows us to complete our work safely and efficiently within the new CoVID-19 guidelines.

Our workforce has come together with creative ideas to keep our team members safe. One of our long-time Superintendents and avid fisherman, Rich, introduced an effective hand-washing solution by purchasing a Cabela’s fish-cleaning table and hooking it up at his jobsite to be used for hand-washing. This creative solution was embraced company-wide, as we now have 10 new fish cleaning tables that are being used as hand-wash stations at our jobsites.

Wickersham Vice President, Joe Dougherty and his family, along with other Wickersham employees have donated hand-made masks for our employees to wear in the office and the field. Our suppliers and vendors have been key partners in supplying gloves, hand sanitizer and other jobsite sanitizing solutions.

We are grateful to all of our employees, subcontractors, owners, vendors and friends for doing their part and contributing to the safety of our team members and families.

Wickersham Construction & Engineering, Inc. is a 113 year old general contractor started by Colonel, John H. Wickersham. We are in the 4th generation of non-family management.
