Wickersham Construction is proud to announce the completion of renovations to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Northern Precinct. This comprehensive project included both interior and exterior upgrades, carried out with meticulous safety precautions to ensure the protection of employees and visitors and to minimize disruption during construction.
Interior Renovations
The interior upgrades were focused on maximizing space and enhancing safety. Key improvements included the retrofitting of the lobby, reception area, corridors, and office spaces. To enhance security, a new ballistic partition with a bullet-resistant reception window and door was installed. The Sheriff’s Conference Room was also upgraded with new electrical rough-ins to support large-screen TVs, speakers, microphones, and recessed floor receptacles, providing an optimal meeting experience.
Exterior Enhancements
The exterior renovations aimed at improving functionality and aesthetics. New sidewalks, front and rear entrance slabs, and curbs were installed, along with four new flag poles and upgraded exterior lighting. The gate access controls were modernized, and the landscaping was refreshed. Additionally, a new rear canopy and entrance enhancements were made to further improve the precinct’s appearance and usability.
