Workforce Development
Continuing education and training is crucial to our company growth and success to adapt and comply with new technology and construction methods. Field technicians, estimators, project managers, technical expeditors, superintendents and accounting staff are all welcome to participate or teach a class in our workforce development series.
The program includes a monthly 2-hour class taught by a volunteer from the company to expand on challenging topics and construction methods, providing opportunity for all to improve their skills. The classes provide a platform to bring together office and field staff to openly discuss and understand how certain tasks and field conditions can affect time and budget.

Our workforce development series provides the opportunity to bring the office and the field together to learn from one another. We encourage our team members to teach and assist in classes to share their invaluable knowledge with the company so we can use it to improve on the next project.
