Dave Nace graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He joined the Wickersham team in 1985 as a Project Manager.
Dave is responsible for overall Corporate direction. He implements key strategic initiatives, goals and directs the utilization of our corporate resources. In addition, he and manages the preconstruction team utilizing design/build, design-bid-build and construction management formats. His leadership has resulted in achieving goals for increasing project opportunities, expanding the company, and continued financial growth to provide future stability for Wickersham Construction.
Joseph Dougherty graduated from Spring Garden College with his B.S. in Construction Management. He joined the Wickersham team as a general laborer in 1986 and has worked his way through several company roles such as Project Manager, Manager of Wickersham’s Industrial Services division, Safety Director and his current position as Vice President of Wickersham.
Joe oversees all construction activities including project management, field operations, manpower and our “Everyone is Accountable” safety program. Our safety program has proved to be successful, providing positive safety outcomes.
Bruce Berg graduated from Albright College, earning his B.S. in Accounting and becoming a Certified Public Accountant. He joined the Wickersham team in 1999 with the position of Controller, but has recently settled into his new role as Chief Financial Officer.
Bruce is responsible for the accounting and financial functions at Wickersham Construction and Engineering, Inc. He oversees the day-to-day accounting operations. He is the main contact for Wickersham Construction financial matters with our banking institutions, our bonding company, our property and casualty insurance. He is also the corporate manager of the company benefits program. His responsibilities also include financial management of assets, as well as a separate corporation for property holdings.
